Let’s take a moment to appreciate Iwan’s impeccable acting right in this spot. Theon has just asked Rams…nice janitor if he will be let go if he correctly guesses who Nice Janitor/”Boy”/Ramsay is.
For just a moment, before he begins the gleeful taunting again, our friendly janitor has a flash of actual menace on his face, right before he goes back to his happy game of fear. He is playing characters within character to get under Theon’s skin and to get in his head, but I think in this moment, we’re seeing who the REAL person Nice Janitor/”Boy”/Ramsay is. An evil, scary individual. He’s the boogeyman.
Well played, Mr. Rheon, you fine fucking actor, you.
